Question: Is your site free or do I need to pay?

Answer: StreamSports.net is 100% free. We will never ask you to make any kind of payment. We will never ask for your credit card. If you paid another website and they sent you here to StreamSports.net, we suggest you request a refund immediately. We are not affiliated with any sites that charge you and then tell you to come to our site.

 

Question: I clicked to watch a game, but there is no game streaming. Why is this?

Answer: There are many possible reasons why this may occur. The game may not have started yet. If a game starts at 5:00 p.m. and you are trying to view it at 4:00 p.m. then you obviously won't see the game. Likewise, if a game ended at 8:00 p.m. and it is 8:30 p.m. then there will not be any game streaming. It is also possible that the stream was either interrupted, stopped, removed, etc... Remember, there is a person on the other side of the computer who is streaming each game and things can happen.

 

Question: Some streams are very high quality and some streams and very low quality. Why is this?

Answer: This depends on two things. 1. The person who is streaming the game. How fast is his internet connection. How good is his streaming hardware and software. How good are the settings that he chose. 2. Your internet connection, how good/fast is it.

 

Question: I want to watch a game but it isn't listed on your site. Why is this?

Answer: We try to list the most popular games that we think the majority of people would like to watch. It would be too time consuming to try to list every single sporting event on the planet. We focus on big games, playoffs, championships, division rivals, and similar types of games.

 

Question: I was watching a game and the stream stopped in the middle. What happened?

Answer: There are many possible things that happened. The internet connection of the person streaming the game could have connectivity issues. Your internet connection could have connectivity issues. The stream was removed from online because it was against the terms of service. Etc... Each instance can have a different result.

 

Question: I love your site and want to help you out by donating. How can I donate?

Answer: Thank you for the offer but we do not accept monetary donations. If you would like to help us out or thank us then we would request you to tell your friends about our site and if you have a chance to post a link to our site in forums, message boards, blogs, social networks, etc... to help spread the word. We do not have any marketing money so we rely solely on word of mouth promotion.
